“Our menus are so varied and speak to all occasions. The must have meals would be dependent on what menu selection is looked at for the moment being celebrated. However, one of my favourite is the seafood platter. This platter features as assorted mix of high quality options such as jerk shrimp with jerk mayo and crab croquettes with scotch bonnet mayo,” the chef told Food.
That’s not all, the classic American breakfast cheese omelet with home fried potatoes and bacon sausages is another exceptional choice that will certainly please your palate. And for the vegetarian delight, the vegetable samosas with spicy mayo or the ackee and saltfish wontons with thai chilli sauce will have your mouth watering as you anticipate digging into the scrumptious pleasures.
Maybe you’ll want to savour the moment with a cheesy satisfaction. The international cheese platter comprising pepper jack, swiss, cheddar and provolone served with crunchy crackers and fresh slices of bread and perfected with sorrel chutney and pepper jelly is your best pick.
And dessert is a must. The double chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, cherry and lemon blueberry cheesecakes are decadent options you’ll have to choose from and whichever one you have, it’s a sure win.
“Depending on the event you’re having I know your favourite will differ but overall people love the quality we provide and how unique our dishes are. We get really great feedback on our hors d'oeuvre options and of course, our wedding menus so, for sure you will fall in love too,” she assured.
These offerings are not available at the Alexander’s Restaurant. So, if you wish to devour any, remember to host your event either at the hotel’s garden terrace or any of the it’s meeting rooms.
